Founder & Managing Director

Lance founded CRG Direct after a career in the Royal Navy, where he served as a Chief Petty Officer. The standards he brought ashore run through every installation the company delivers: discipline, accountability, and getting the job done right first time. Under his leadership, CRG Direct has grown into one of the South’s leading renewable energy installers, with over 1,000 installations completed across Hampshire and the surrounding counties.

Frank Pearson

Operations Director

Frank, Lance’s son, joined CRG Direct in 2017, bringing a decade of experience in the UK energy market and keeping the company a true family business. As Operations Director he oversees the delivery of every project, from initial survey through to installation and handover. He makes sure work is completed safely, on time, and to the standard customers expect. His deep knowledge of the energy sector keeps CRG Direct ahead in an industry that never stands still.

Sue Stebbing

Partnership Director

Sue has spent more than 20 years in the funded energy-efficiency market, including 15 years working within the ECO arena. A positive, energetic and engaging communicator, she has built her expertise across a range of industries, from advertising to energy efficiency, and brings a wealth of experience and connections to the retrofit sector, helping households access the funding that makes energy-saving improvements affordable.

Lark Peach

Marketing Executive

As Marketing Executive at CRG Direct, Lark looks after the company’s brand and online presence, applying her expertise in SEO, PPC, copywriting and website development to make sure customers can find us and get the information they need. With a strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability, she creates engaging, informative content that showcases the benefits of solar power for homes and businesses alike.

John Hole

Compliance & Tendering Officer

John brings 11 years of experience in the retrofit industry, having worked his way up through quality control and project management to his current focus on compliance and tendering. He understands how retrofit projects are delivered and audited from start to finish, which means every funded project CRG Direct takes on is properly documented, fully compliant, and built to stand up to scrutiny.
